WHAT IS COVERED
In the event that your goods suffer a mechanical or electrical failure within Australia, we will pay for parts, labour and service call out fees required for your goods to be repaired to normal working order - subject to the terms and conditions of this Extended Warranty Plan.
This Extended Warranty Plan applies in addition to the Manufacturer’s Warranty included with the initial purchase.
HOW TO CLAIM
- Contact one of our stores and our friendly staff will assist you with your claim
- If your goods are easily transportable you may be required to bring them in-store with all parts for return and repair
- Other arrangements can be made for equipment collection
REPLACEMENT TERMS
- At our discretion, we may replace your goods with a new product when your goods are not economical to repair OR the repair cost exceeds the original purchase price
- The replacement product shall be equivalent in specifications of your original goods and the cost shall not exceed the original purchase price you paid
